There's Snow Place Like London!

So, London experiences the largest snowfall in 20 years and the city grinds to a shuddering halt. And thank god for that!

There’s something about snow that brings out the best in Londoners, even a traffic warden smiled at me this morning. Needless to say I didn’t smile back (I mean come on?)
